In this fun at work tip (#2 of 1,001), I talk about a very simple idea some companies are doing with tremendous success: Random coffee dates. Simple. Fun. Effective.

The video is only 1 minute, so seriously, you have no excuse not to watch it – you can watch over a cup of coffee and still have coffee left over! In fact, you could invite a random coworker over to watch the video with you! Or two random colleagues! That would be sooooooo random! But also fun. And more social. And really, just a nice thing to do.
