A simple way to take everyone’s pulse at work

Whenever I talk about communication in the workplace, I always stress that there needs to be a dialogue, not just a one-way dumping of information AT employees. You need to talk with employees, not at employees. A very simple way to engage employees, check the pulse of your workplace AND add a little fun into the mix is with Feedback Fridays.
