Are you being purposeful on purpose?

A 2013 international Mercer survey found that one of the top motivational influences for employees across a wide range of businesses was having a sense of purpose in their work. Other studies suggest that one of the most important factors when it comes to the effectiveness of a team is ensuring everyone on a team is aligned with your sense of purpose at work and clearly understands what the larger of purpose is of that team. Which is why I love the idea I share in the video below on how to keep your sense of purpose alive at work in a fun, highly visible, and creative way with a purpose hallway.
